3. Weekly Activity Report

The weekly activity report will be maintain by assignment manager/Site supervisor or Field officer to submit at branch office. It includes a complete operations overview of the previous week, and it work as a basic management tool between the operations director and the assignment manager. Also this report includes the quality control reports and audits.
